Steven E. Burt

Steve has lived in the desert for over 50 years. In addition to building successful businesses, Steve and his wife Kelly, married 33 years, have built a successful family. They have 6 children, 4 married, with 6 Grand Children.

Steve’s philosophy of building successful businesses, centers around having a vision for a needed service or product, a passion to produce it, and finding and serving talented people to implement it.

Steven Burt and Associates Inc. has built 5 successful companies in the desert over the last 20 years. Three of them continue to do well over 1 million dollars a year in sales. In addition to Steve’s business success, Steve has built a number of charitable non profit organizations that serve the people of the Coachella Valley.

Ryan Burt

Entrepreneur and creative professional, with over 10 years experience in the print, web, and marketing fields. Ryan has helped shape successful brands in and out of the Coachella Valley. Owner of Rar Design and former owner of EventScape International, a plant rental company with clients such as BNP Paribas Open, Humana Challenge, and the Super Bowl.

Ryan has a unique gift in understanding people and culture.

Rob Ralph

Born and raised in the coastal communities of San Pedro and Palos Verdes, Rob came to the desert 19 years ago as a paramedic. Because of his strength as a people person, he became self-employed in the service industry. Over the last 11 years he has owned a valet parking company and a pool maintenance and repair business.
Rob’s ability to get people to work together and achieve a common goal is recognized in his organization of the Living Nativity, which attracts thousands from the community every Christmas. He was also a two-time “Coach of the Year” recipient as a high school baseball coach.

Rob and his wife Michelle have three children.
